You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilivoe login credentials, including your username and password. jilivoe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jilivoe immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jilivoe reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
jilivoe supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on jilivoe is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilivoe account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. jilivoe does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jilivoe reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on jilivoe are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jilivoe does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

jilivoe's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, jilivoe will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding investigation. Accounts terminated for fraud or Terms violations may have their balances forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
